Contributions
- Built a conversational workflow with activity traces, service cards, attachments, and voice input.
- Modeled citizen-service flows for DFA, NBI, SSS, PhilHealth, LTO, BIR, and eGovPay.
- Presented the concept at the National eGovPH Hackathon 2026, where the team reached the Top 5.
