Waypoint
An offline wayfinding app for malls and buildings. Building Wi-Fi serves 3D floor maps, and on-device AI turns a visitor's question into directions with no internet.

What I worked on
Ranks a building's mapped places on-device with a quantized MiniLM model through ONNX Runtime.
Runs Qwen3-1.7B locally only to read intent; Dijkstra routing produces every route and direction.
Ships signed building packages with 3D floor maps built in Blender, plus QR checkpoints.
